Information we collect

• Name, email address, shipping address, telephone number if supplied for delivery, order details and messages sent to support.
• Payment and transaction information from Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe Checkout and are not stored by MuttPilot.
• Technical information in server logs, such as IP address, browser details and request time, for security and troubleshooting.

How we use information

• To accept, review, fulfil and deliver orders and provide customer support.
• To process payments, prevent fraud, secure the site and maintain records required by law.
• To respond to requests and resolve disputes.

Where applicable, we process information to perform a contract, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the store.

Who receives information

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Our fulfilment partners, sellers and carriers, to prepare and deliver orders.
• Our website and server hosting providers, to operate the store.
• Authorities or advisers where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect legal rights.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

International processing

Novary Dynamics Inc is based in the United States. Depending on the order and service provider, information may also be processed in countries where fulfilment partners and carriers operate, including China. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use a lawful transfer mechanism.

How long we keep information

We keep order and transaction records for the period needed to fulfil orders, meet tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and protect against fraud. Support messages and security logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, object to certain processing, or complain to a data-protection authority. California residents may also request disclosure, correction or deletion and may opt out of a sale or sharing of personal information; MuttPilot does not sell or share personal information for advertising.

The store uses essential session and region cookies to keep the cart and remember your selected market. It does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The wishlist may be saved in local storage on your device.
